Butter Shears Membership Cancellation Policy

We’re excited to have you as a member and want to make your experience smooth (like butter). Below are the details of how membership cancellations work.

No hidden fees, easy cancellation.

We only want you as a member if you are happy to be one. If for any reason you would like you cancel, you should have no problem doing so. 

You may cancel your membership at any time, directly through your account portal or by emailing Hello@buttershears.com.

Customize Your Membership

We have found that most people don't need to cancel, they just need to customize their membership to their unique needs. 

Sharpening too frequent? Let's sharpen 2x per year instead of 4x. Too expensive? Let's do a double membership every 6 months for $38/shear.

How to Cancel

It's easy:

1. Log in to your Butter Shears account.

2. Navigate to your membership settings.

3. Select Cancel Membership (or make custom edits).

4. Follow the prompts to confirm.

5. We would love to have you back again.
