Will sharpening with you void my manufacturer's warranty?
Some manufacturers say sharpening outside their company voids their warranty... but the warranty is only for manufacturing defects, meaning the shear sent to you was made wrong.
These defects would be obvious within the first month of purchase.
With a Butter sharpening, you get something better: a fix-or-replace guarantee.

If we accept your shear for sharpening, and we can't get it right, we will replace you shear with one of equal or greater value.

You get 20% off as a member because it's much easier to refresh our own work than to correct another sharpener's work.
Who will be sharpening my shears?
Our sharpeners have a minimum of 200 sharpening hours with a resharpening rate below 0.6%.
